 Talking with Michelle has been very pleasant and enlightening. I was given a task of finding a Facility Cleaning Company for our buildings. Not knowing what I was really doing or looking for when I began, was frustrating for me but as the conversations continued she seemed to have answers for even the questions I hadn't been told to ask yet and she was very forthright in leading me right to the information in detail that my bosses wanted. It really cut down on the amount of phone calls like we had in the beginning. Once she dialed in on the info we provided she took control, educated me on some of the procedures eliminating a great deal the gray areas which was awesome. She was very knowledgeable, very upfront about the service her company could provide to us, but never once was she arrogant. Sometimes when you deal with companies you get the feeling that they are embellishing and blowing hot air.  I never once got that impression from her, nor did she make me feel insignificant for my lack of knowledge. I truly hope her company is chosen to provide us the services we need and require. I feel if there were ever to be any sort of issue she would step up and make it a non issue very quickly....Thank You
